2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jeetbej. By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds into your account, by placing any wager, or by accessing any part of the jeetbej platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

jeetbej enforces age verification as a mandatory step in the withdrawal process. All Users must submit a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or passport before their first withdrawal is processed. jeetbej reserves the right to request verification documents at any point during a User's activity on the platform.
Any account found to belong to a User under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds held in such an account — including any winnings — will be forfeited and not returned. jeetbej takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in all related matters.
4. Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on jeetbej. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. jeetbej relies on the information you provide to operate your account correctly, process withdrawals, and communicate with you. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. jeetbej will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. jeetbej reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the information provided is found to be false or misleading; (b) the User is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (c) the User is in breach of any provision of these Terms; or (d) jeetbej has reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- One account per user: Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
- Credential security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password private.
- Accurate information: Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jeetbej's finance team. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad typically receive funds within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Verification Requirement: Identity verification via NID or passport is mandatory before jeetbej will process any withdrawal. Users who have not completed verification may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
jeetbej reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.
6. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers made available on the platform. 7. Responsible Gaming
jeetbej is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It becomes a problem when it is no longer enjoyable or when a user gambles more than they can afford to lose. jeetbej provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from account settings at any time:

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeetbej platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any account balance, including real-money funds and bonuses:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account; initiating false chargebacks; or providing false identity documents.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or benefiting from an account registered in another person's name.

- Account Sharing: Sharing your jeetbej account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account, regardless of whether a financial transaction takes place.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward jeetbej staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jeetbej platform — including but not limited to the jeetbej brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content owned by game studios), and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetbej or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetbej platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jeetbej content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Decisions, outcomes, or settlements in sports betting markets that are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body or event organiser.
jeetbej's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jeetbej's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Amendments to Terms
jeetbej reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may reflect: updates to the platform's features or services; changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance; corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms; or adjustments to operational practices.
When material changes are made to these Terms, jeetbej will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, by placing a notice on the platform homepage or by sending an email to the registered account address. 12. Governing Law
